Ohio Crime Victim Reparations Awards Program report, 1978.

The Ohio victims of crime reparations program was created by Amended Substitute House Bill 82 of the 111th General Assembly and took effect September 29, 1976. Only victims who had suffered personal injury or death were considered. The report describes how damages were awarded, lists cases considered, and amount of awarded, if approved. Cases are listed by case number only. The names of victims are not included.
